Security Guard Services in Kirkland, WA

Protecting Kirkland waterfront, tech offices, and retail

Kirkland's Lake Washington waterfront pairs tech offices and the Google campus with a walkable downtown of dining, galleries, and boutique retail. Office properties need lobby officers and parking patrols; downtown retail needs loss prevention; waterfront parks and event spaces need uniformed presence. Xtreme Security covers the Eastside from our Puget Sound operations, supervised from our Bellevue US head office. Safeguarding communities across Canada and the United States.

Commercial buildings across Kirkland need lobby officers who represent the property well: visitor sign-in, badge enforcement, package handling, and a calm professional presence tenants trust. Overnight officers and mobile patrols cover parking structures, loading docks, and common areas where after-hours incidents concentrate. Our officers document every shift with incident reports and photo-verified patrol records.

Construction sites and truck yards around Kirkland face equipment theft, material losses, and unauthorized entry. We staff gate access with driver and contractor logging, overnight perimeter patrols, and weekend coverage on active builds. Warehouses and distribution centers get trailer checks, seal verification, and yard patrols that keep freight secure without slowing operations. Mobile patrols in marked vehicles can sweep multiple smaller properties on a single nightly route.

Every Kirkland assignment starts with a free on-site risk assessment: a walkthrough, an honest read of exposures, and a post plan matched to the property. Guards arrive uniformed, licensed, and briefed, and every shift produces digital sign-in records and written incident reports. Supervisors audit sites regularly, and our 24/7 control center answers around the clock at 1-800-730-3712.

From single-building coverage to multi-site regional contracts, Xtreme Security scales to what Kirkland properties actually need.
