Security Guard Services in Lakewood, WA

Security for Lakewood Towne Center and JBLM-adjacent properties

Lakewood sits at the gates of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, with the Lakewood Towne Center retail district, hospitality corridors, and residential communities serving military families and the surrounding area. Retail destinations need loss prevention; hotels need lobby officers and lot patrols; residential communities need patrol coverage. Xtreme Security covers Pierce County from our Puget Sound operations. Safeguarding communities across Canada and the United States.

Commercial buildings across Lakewood need lobby officers who represent the property well: visitor sign-in, badge enforcement, package handling, and a calm professional presence tenants trust. Overnight officers and mobile patrols cover parking structures, loading docks, and common areas where after-hours incidents concentrate. Our officers document every shift with incident reports and photo-verified patrol records.

Construction sites and truck yards around Lakewood face equipment theft, material losses, and unauthorized entry. We staff gate access with driver and contractor logging, overnight perimeter patrols, and weekend coverage on active builds. Warehouses and distribution centers get trailer checks, seal verification, and yard patrols that keep freight secure without slowing operations. Mobile patrols in marked vehicles can sweep multiple smaller properties on a single nightly route.

Every Lakewood assignment starts with a free on-site risk assessment: a walkthrough, an honest read of exposures, and a post plan matched to the property. Guards arrive uniformed, licensed, and briefed, and every shift produces digital sign-in records and written incident reports. Supervisors audit sites regularly, and our 24/7 control center answers around the clock at 1-800-730-3712.

From single-building coverage to multi-site regional contracts, Xtreme Security scales to what Lakewood properties actually need. Xtreme Security fields 4,800 full-time security professionals with access to 17,000 hired guards across North America, 40+ regional offices, 270+ mobile patrol units, and a 24/7 National Security Operations Centre.
