Security Guard Services in Long Beach, CA

Protecting Long Beach port, downtown, and waterfront properties

Long Beach pairs one of the busiest port complexes in North America with a lively downtown, waterfront tourism, and the Queen Mary and convention corridor. Port-adjacent warehouses, intermodal yards, and trucking terminals need gate coverage, driver logging, and overnight yard patrols that keep freight moving. Downtown offices, retail, and event venues need lobby officers, loss prevention, and crowd management. Xtreme Security covers the full mix from our Southern California operations. Safeguarding communities across Canada and the United States.

Long Beach retailers, shopping centers, and commercial properties face the same pressures seen across California: organized retail theft, after-hours break-ins, and parking-lot incidents that drive up shrink and liability. Our loss prevention officers and uniformed guards provide a visible deterrent at entrances, sales floors, and loading areas, with incident reports and photo documentation for every event. For multi-location operators, one contract and one control center cover every Long Beach site.

Construction and logistics sites around Long Beach need overnight and weekend coverage that actually shows up. We staff gate access, contractor sign-in, equipment and material protection, and perimeter patrols on active builds, plus warehouse and distribution-yard security with trailer checks and seal verification. Mobile patrols in marked vehicles can sweep multiple smaller properties on a single nightly route, with GPS-verified checkpoints at every stop.

Every Long Beach assignment starts with a free on-site risk assessment: a walkthrough, an honest read of exposures, and a post plan matched to the property. Guards arrive uniformed, licensed, and briefed, and every shift produces digital sign-in records, patrol checklists, and written incident reports. Supervisors audit sites regularly, and our 24/7 control center answers around the clock at 1-800-730-3712.

From single-store coverage to multi-site regional contracts, Xtreme Security scales to what Long Beach properties actually need. Xtreme Security fields 4,800 full-time security professionals with access to 17,000 hired guards across North America, 40+ regional offices, 270+ mobile patrol units, and a 24/7 National Security Operations Centre.
