Supervisors are the link between our guards, our clients, and our operations centre. They oversee site teams, conduct inspections, coach officers, and ensure every post meets Xtreme standards. Supervisory roles are typically filled by experienced officers who have proven themselves in the field.
Key responsibilities
- Overseeing guard teams across assigned sites or zones
- Site inspections, audits, and quality checks
- Coaching, mentoring, and corrective guidance for officers
- Client communication and service-issue resolution
- Scheduling support and shift coverage coordination
Requirements
- Proven experience as a licensed security professional
- Valid provincial or state security licence where required by law
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or the United States
- Reliable transportation where the role requires site travel
