Security Guard Services in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Protecting Dartmouth Around the Clock

Dartmouth sits on the eastern shore of Halifax Harbour, with waterfront programming at Alderney Landing, major retail at Mic Mac Mall, and shipbuilding activity across the harbour driving demand for contractors and suppliers on the Dartmouth side. Serving Dartmouth and surrounding areas from our national network, Xtreme Security fields 4,800 full-time security professionals with access to 17,000 hired guards nationwide, operates from 40+ regional offices, runs 270+ mobile patrol units, and supports every assignment through a 24/7 National Security Operations Centre.

Retail corridors centred on Mic Mac Mall need loss prevention officers and uniformed guards. Our teams deter theft, support store staff, manage disputes and patrol malls, plazas and parking areas, with overnight patrols protecting storefronts against break-ins and vandalism.

The waterfront and Alderney Landing host concerts, festivals and public programming that need professional event security. Our teams provide access control, crowd management and guest relations, scaling from single-evening shows to multi-day festivals with supervisors on site.

Shipbuilding spillover and industrial tenants need gatehouse officers who verify employees, contractors and deliveries, plus overnight patrols of fenced compounds on GPS-verified routes. Our construction guards also protect new builds across Dartmouth's growth areas.

Every Dartmouth engagement starts with a free risk assessment, followed by digital incident reports and GPS-verified patrol logs on every shift. Call 1-800-730-3712 or request a quote online for a free risk assessment of your Dartmouth property.
