Security Guard Services in New York City, New York

Security That Matches New York's Pace

New York City properties face a combination of high foot traffic, dense commercial activity, and constant public visibility, and that combination demands security officers who are alert, professional, and steady under pressure. Xtreme Security provides security guard services in New York City for office towers, retail flagships, residential buildings, construction sites, and special events across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Our officers handle access control, visitor management, package handling, and incident reporting with the polish your tenants and customers expect.

Lobby and front-desk security is the backbone of commercial building protection in the city. Our uniformed officers staff reception desks in Midtown and Financial District towers, verify tenant and visitor credentials, issue passes, monitor CCTV feeds, and manage deliveries and loading-dock traffic. For property managers and building owners, that means fewer unauthorized visitors, documented access records, and a single professional point of contact for everything from a lockout to an emergency evacuation.

Retail security in New York has its own playbook. Flagship stores, shopping districts, and busy commercial corridors deal with shoplifting, organized retail crime, and aggressive loitering, and plain presence is not enough. Our loss prevention officers work floor and entrance posts in plainclothes or uniform, deter theft through visible engagement, document incidents properly, and coordinate with store management and local authorities when needed. We also staff fitting rooms, stock rooms, and after-hours inventory operations.

Events in the city move fast, and security has to move faster. We staff galas, product launches, fashion events, film premieres, and private functions with uniformed and plainclothes officers for guest-list management, red-carpet control, backstage protection, and vehicle and freight access. Our event teams arrive early, walk the venue with your producers, and hold posts until the last guest leaves and the equipment is secured.

For properties that need coverage without a full-time post, our mobile patrols and alarm response teams serve commercial corridors and industrial areas across the boroughs. Marked patrol vehicles run scheduled checks and random drive-bys through the night, respond to alarms within minutes, and deliver GPS-verified patrol reports so you always know when your property was checked. We also provide fire watch and concierge-style security for properties with special requirements. When a building's fire systems are impaired, our fire watch officers patrol floors continuously, keep written logs, and alert occupants and the fire department per code requirements. For luxury residential buildings, hotels, and corporate headquarters, our suit-and-tie officers deliver a polished front-door presence that matches the property, combining hospitality-grade courtesy with real security discipline.
