Security Guard Services in Olympia, WA

Security for Olympia Capitol campus, downtown, and state facilities

As Washington's capital, Olympia centers on the Capitol campus and state office buildings, with a downtown of offices, retail, and the waterfront, plus distribution facilities along I-5. Government and office facilities need lobby officers and access control; downtown properties need uniformed presence and evening patrols; warehouses need gate coverage. Xtreme Security covers Thurston County from our Washington operations. Safeguarding communities across Canada and the United States.

Commercial buildings across Olympia need lobby officers who represent the property well: visitor sign-in, badge enforcement, package handling, and a calm professional presence tenants trust. Overnight officers and mobile patrols cover parking structures, loading docks, and common areas where after-hours incidents concentrate. Our officers document every shift with incident reports and photo-verified patrol records.

Construction sites and truck yards around Olympia face equipment theft, material losses, and unauthorized entry. We staff gate access with driver and contractor logging, overnight perimeter patrols, and weekend coverage on active builds. Warehouses and distribution centers get trailer checks, seal verification, and yard patrols that keep freight secure without slowing operations. Mobile patrols in marked vehicles can sweep multiple smaller properties on a single nightly route.

Every Olympia assignment starts with a free on-site risk assessment: a walkthrough, an honest read of exposures, and a post plan matched to the property. Guards arrive uniformed, licensed, and briefed, and every shift produces digital sign-in records and written incident reports. Supervisors audit sites regularly, and our 24/7 control center answers around the clock at 1-800-730-3712.

From single-building coverage to multi-site regional contracts, Xtreme Security scales to what Olympia properties actually need.
