Timmins is one of the world's great gold mining cities, and its mines, mills and mining supply operations demand strict access control with audit-ready documentation. Our guards cover gatehouses, verify contractor credentials, patrol perimeters and protect critical infrastructure around the clock, including coverage for northern and remote sites. We also secure active construction sites across the region, managing gate access, contractor sign-in and after-hours patrols with GPS-verified checklists and live photos.

As the commercial hub of northeastern Ontario, Timmins serves a vast region with retail centres like Timmins Square, distribution facilities and a busy downtown core. Xtreme Security provides loss prevention officers and uniformed guards for retail and commercial properties across Timmins, plus gatehouse guards and yard patrols for distribution and logistics sites, and marked mobile patrols that check properties after hours and respond to alarms.

Hollinger Park events, community festivals and the city's mining heritage celebrations bring residents together throughout the year. Our event security teams handle ticket checks, crowd management, access control and perimeter control for park events and festivals, scaling from community gatherings to large public events with supervisors on site and live reporting to our control centre.
