Protecting Coquitlam Around the Clock

Xtreme Security Inc. delivers professional security guard services in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Serving Coquitlam and surrounding areas from our national network, we staff sites with uniformed security guards, mobile patrols and rapid alarm response - backed by 4,800 full-time security professionals with access to 17,000 hired guards nationwide, 40+ regional offices, 270+ mobile patrol units and a 24/7 National Security Operations Centre. With Coquitlam Centre drawing shoppers from across the Tri-Cities, residential towers rising around SkyTrain stations and industrial sites along United Boulevard, local property managers face a mix of retail, residential and industrial risk - and our teams are built for all three.

Residential towers keep rising around Coquitlam Central, Burquitlam and Lincoln SkyTrain stations, and every active job site is a target after hours. Our construction guards control gate access, log trades and deliveries, verify contractor credentials and patrol perimeters through the night - protecting equipment, materials and tools from theft. Every sign-in and patrol round is captured with live photos and GPS-verified checklists, so site managers always know who was on site and when.

Coquitlam Centre draws shoppers from across the Tri-Cities, and busy retail floors need visible loss prevention. We provide loss prevention officers for retail chains and coverage for shopping centres, along with uniformed guards for commercial plazas and office buildings. Along United Boulevard's industrial strip, our mobile patrol teams in marked vehicles check fenced compounds, seal trailers and verify that gates and access points stay locked between shifts.

The city's festival calendar, community events and growing strata tower population all benefit from a professional on-site presence. We provide event security for civic celebrations, crowd management for public gatherings and uniformed concierge-style guards for residential towers and strata buildings. Our officers handle access control, parking enforcement support and after-hours patrols of amenity areas - professional, visible and firm when it counts.

When you hire Xtreme Security in Coquitlam, you get more than a uniform at the door. Every shift is logged with incident reports, exception alerts, digital sign-in records, GPS-verified patrol checklists and live photos, giving you a clear record of what happened on your property. Our guards train in de-escalation, first aid response and professional conduct, and our management team conducts regular site audits to keep standards high.
