Security Guard Services in Courtenay, British Columbia

Protecting Courtenay Around the Clock

Xtreme Security Inc. delivers professional security guard services in Courtenay, British Columbia. Serving Courtenay and surrounding areas from our national network, we staff sites with uniformed security guards, mobile patrols and rapid alarm response - backed by 4,800 full-time security professionals with access to 17,000 hired guards nationwide, 40+ regional offices, 270+ mobile patrol units and a 24/7 National Security Operations Centre. Driftwood Mall, 19 Wing Comox and Mount Washington give Courtenay a retail, military and mountain-resort mix - and we protect its businesses, facilities and events.

Commercial and residential builds keep Courtenay's job sites active, and equipment theft and after-hours trespass are real risks on unmonitored sites. Our construction guards control gate access, log trades and deliveries, verify contractor credentials and patrol perimeters through the night. Every sign-in and patrol round is captured with live photos and GPS-verified checklists, so site managers always know who was on site and when.

Driftwood Mall and the commercial corridors along Cliffe Avenue and Ryan Road need visible loss prevention. We provide loss prevention officers for retail, uniformed guards for shopping centres and commercial properties, and mobile patrols for parking areas and after-hours sites. Our officers handle the Comox Valley's regional visitor traffic with professional, consistent conduct.

Mount Washington's winter season, community festivals and summer events all need event security that scales. Our teams handle ticket checks, crowd management, access control and venue protection for resort events, concerts and civic celebrations. We scale from single evenings to multi-day festivals, with supervisors on site and real-time reporting to our control centre.

When you hire Xtreme Security in Courtenay, you get more than a uniform at the door. Every shift is logged with incident reports, exception alerts, digital sign-in records, GPS-verified patrol checklists and live photos, giving you a clear record of what happened on your property. Our guards train in de-escalation, first aid response and professional conduct, and our management team conducts regular site audits to keep standards high. Whether it is a Driftwood Mall storefront, a commercial corridor property or a Mount Washington event, we will build a coverage plan around your exact risk.
